NC Construction was appointed as Main Contractor by The Hampstead Group Practice to remodel and refurbish the Roy Shaw Centre, transforming existing office accommodation into a modern healthcare facility suitable for the delivery of primary care services.
Working under the direction of Howarth Litchfield as Contract Administrator, the project required careful planning and coordination to meet healthcare compliance standards and provide a functional, comfortable environment for both staff and patients.
The works were completed within an 8-week programme, achieving full client satisfaction and on-time delivery.
The scheme involved a full internal reconfiguration and refurbishment package, including:
Demolition and soft strip of existing layouts
Formation of new internal partitions and acoustic walls
Installation of new acoustic ceilings
Replacement of internal doors and ironmongery
Installation of a new ventilation system
Electrical system upgrades
Cubicle track installation within consultation areas
Flooring replacement throughout
Full decoration works
Our delivery team maintained close communication with both the Hampstead Group Practice and Howarth Litchfield throughout the project to ensure a smooth programme and strict adherence to healthcare design standards.
The remodelled space now provides a bright, efficient, and purpose-built environment to support the Practice’s expanding clinical and administrative operations.
