The project involved the fit out and refurbishment of part first floor for a new Community Diagnostics Centre and Podiatry Wing. The works comprised of the following phases:
Phase 1 - The fit out and installation of and new Podiatry Wing, New CDC Imperial Wing including Retinal, Ultrasound, And General Consulting Rooms.
Including new Staff Reception and Patient Waiting Areas.
Phase 2 – The installation Of A New X Ray Department Including Reception and Patient Waiting and Changing Areas. Including soft strip and demolitions, M&E, plumbing, Fire alarms, partitions, ceilings, flooring, panic alarms, IT, decorations, and cubicle curtains & window blinds.
